We work closely with the Hepworth Group, the largest producer of ceramic pipes in the world. We also follow closely the evolution in the market in order to respond quickly to new requirements and we guarantee the production of ceramic accessories that are needed in the Belgian market.

 

In order to ensure exclusive quality, the Collinet studies bureau has developed a mix of raw materials that has been inspected strictly and techniques that make it possible to produce vitrified ceramic pipes and glazed ceramic pipes of great lengths, increased resistance to scratching and unparalleled dimensional precision.

 

The result? We have a very extensive inventory of ceramic pipes and accessories that make it possible to respond very quickly to the needs of all types of job sites.

Long-term safety

The flexibility of conception and speed of installation, absolute reliability over the course of years and guaranteed ceramic seal over generations, the selection of a varnished ceramic socket pipe to remove rainwater and waste water has proven its value throughout the world and is synonymous with long-term safety.

 

The system of ceramic pipes ensures the flow of the most aggressive waters without problems; they don't scratch and are perfectly smooth and hard. Thanks to its sealing joint, which is pre-mounted at the factory, the pipe is easy to install. It makes it possible to use trenches that are not as large and can be installed at depths up to 40 cm on a bed of stabilised sand.

 

Due to its structure and the glazing, the ceramic pipe system contributes to the reduction of inclination required (from 0.5 cm to a metre, depending on flows) while maintaining self-cleaning of the pipes and without slowing the liquid flows. Furthermore, thanks to the glazing, erosion is virtually zero.
