Their base is round or square and their heights range from 33 cm to 75 cm. The chimney pots are salt-glazed with colouring in the mass, which makes it possible to achieve porosity of less than 3%.

 

Their high resistance to harsh weather conditions and UV light gives them an exceptionally long life. Their conic curve shape helps the gas to escape and directs rain that is even only slightly angled towards the cover slab without allowing it to reach the chimney conduit.
